FitPrimers (hereby referred to as the "Application") is a fitness training application created by The Primers (hereby referred to as the "Service Provider"). This page describes the age suitability of the Application.
Minimum age
The Application is intended for users who are 13 years of age or older. If you are under 13, you may not use the Application.
By downloading, installing, or using the Application, you represent that you meet this minimum age requirement.
Children under 13
The Application does not address anyone under the age of 13. The Service Provider does not knowingly solicit data from or market to children under 13, and does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13 years of age.
If the Service Provider discovers that a child under 13 has provided personal information, that information will be deleted from their servers. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided personal information through the Application, please contact the Service Provider so that they can take the necessary actions.
Content and use
The Application provides structured workout programs, exercise guidance, and related fitness content. It is designed for general fitness audiences aged 13 and older and does not include content that is intended for mature audiences only.
