The Application is intended for users who are 13 years of age or older. If you are under 13, you may not use the Application.
By downloading, installing, or using the Application, you represent that you meet this minimum age requirement.
Children under 13
The Application does not address anyone under the age of 13. FitPrimers does not knowingly solicit data from or market to children under 13, and does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13 years of age.
If FitPrimers discovers that a child under 13 has provided personal information, that information will be deleted. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided personal information through the Application, please contact us so that we can take the necessary actions.
Content and use
The Application provides structured workout programs, exercise guidance, and related fitness content. It is designed for general fitness audiences aged 13 and older and does not include content that is intended for mature audiences only.
